Who I am

Hi, I'm Tracy — a Business Analyst and Technical Writer based in Darwin, Australia. I moved here from Vietnam and have spent the last 3 years working in Tech — mapping processes, writing documentation that real users actually understand, and helping enterprise teams go live with confidence.

I'm originally from Vietnam and I'm currently working toward my Permanent Residency in Australia.

Why I share

I started this space to learn in public. I'm working through the BABOK — the core knowledge guide for Business Analysts — and sharing what I learn every week on LinkedIn and in my newsletter.

Not because I'm an expert. Because writing forces me to understand things properly. And I believe the fastest way to learn something is to explain it to someone else.

I also write honestly about what it's like to navigate a tech career in Australia as a Vietnamese woman — the language barriers, the cultural differences, and the small wins that make it worth it.
